The protection of personal data and the responsible use of the information you entrust to us is very important to us. We only pass data to third parties if this is absolutely necessary to guarantee the smooth running of a travel offer or other service we provide, and its invoicing.
Data and information from web protocol files are gathered on a complete basis and used for statistical and analytical purposes. As a customer your identity remains confidential. For purposes of repeat visitor identification, we install a cookie (a small file with configuration information) on the repeat visitor's computer. The data we obtain by doing this helps us evaluate the appeal of our website and allows us to improve its efficiency and content, and to enhance user convenience. Most browsers are set to allow automatic cookie acceptance. Web browsers can be set to reject all cookies. Cookies are, however, essential for completing a VACANDO booking on the Internet. Neither our Save & Compare facility nor internal checking of booking data would be possible without them. You can use our information and shopping services without cookies. And you can, of course, delete cookies from your hard drive at any time.
Where you have given your approval to use your details in accordance with our data protection provisions, VACANDO collects, stores and uses your personal data, as well as profile and demographic information, for identification purposes and to create a user profile to specifically target current travel offers and for sending product information (including telephone, fax and e-mail details).
You are entitled to request information about your personal details held by VACANDO free of charge at any time and to make use of your rights to rectification or to withdraw your approval.
