The county capital Graz and the south Styrian wine route as well as the Packer man-made lake (swimming, surfing, sailing) can easily be reached by car. The family ski resorts Gaberl, Hirschegg, Modriach and Hebalm are approx. 20 km away, Salzstiegl approx. 30 km away. Summer hikes to the Hebalm, Gleinalm and into the south Styrian wine region.
