The owner of the house doesn't speak English, you have to speak Hungarian or German to communicate with the owner.
There is not enough space for cars of visitors in the garden and some guest had to keep their cars in the street, I was requested by owner to remove my car from parking space in the garden because the parking space was reserved for other guestes. So, the guests are not treated equally.
My room was poorly equiped. E.g. no electric kettle to boil the water for tea, no wi-fi, no air-condition (air condition was in the flat on the first floor, my room was on the ground floor).
The nearest shop with the food is app. 1km from the house (at least I didn't find any other shop near the house during one week).

Fajny dom super ze ma basen, okolica czysta, przyjemna, spokojna ogólnie fajnie, Polecam wszystkim;-)
Obiekt dobry, lecz daleko do jeziora, dobrze ze jest basen,Obsluga sympatyczna, przydalby sie garnek elektryczny .
Sauberkeit gut, Ausstattung/Möbel teilweise leichte Mängel, Pool etwas klein, Lage ok, Fußmarsch ins Zentrum ca. 15-20 Minuten, aber leicht zu umzusetzen, diverse Restaurants vorhanden (wobei Preis/Leistung super ist)
