« Dobra lokalizacja, sredni stan mieszkania »

Mieszkanie w ladnej okolicy, w poblizu parlamentu i w sasiedztwie ambasad, na trasie slynnego tramwaju 28. Droga do stacji metra z uwagi na pagórkowaty teren zajmuje 15-20 minut. Super blisko do duzego sklepu spozywczego i spacerkiem na imprezowe Bairro Alto. Wlasciciel mily i pomocny.
Stan mieszkania oceniam jednak na 3 gwiazdki. Lazienka i meble w salonie sa podniszczone.
Bez klimatyzacji na niskim parterze od strony salonu trzeba tez uwzglednic halas przy otwartych oknach.

Très bon appartement propre agréable et calme .

Un petit défaut il n'y a que trois chaises pour quatre pour manger c'est gênant .....

Autre problème impossible de règler l'eau chaude correctement soit elle est brulante soit ellle est glacée et rincer son shampooing à l'eau glacée c'est très désagréable ........
