The reciption are impolite and unfriendly.
Every thing you ask them they ask you for money and you must pay for it.
I've booked an holiday apartement. And they told me that i will have my apartment cleaning three times a week. But they lied to me. And when i ask them please i want some towels and some white sheets, they told me you must pay for them otherwise i will not have them.
All the time they want me to pay for every things.
The 2nd things. They let me in (check in) at 17:00 and my family are very very tired from long long trip.
The 3rd thing at the check out time at 11:00 am i've request from them an extra 1 hour coz i have many laguage. They told me you must pay 50€ for that hour. They told me before i leave the room to clean the kitchen or they will charge me for extra money. I always clean the kitchen every time after i finish cooking. And its already clean but the way they ask you to clean is not good at all. Iam realy disapointed. The staff are realy bad bad.
