In the immediate surroundings you'll find the castles of Karlsteijn and Dobris which have been completely restored and are certainly worth a visit. Other cities like Plzn are also within easy reach. All in all, Cernolice is an ideal holiday destination for those who want to see as much as possible from the Czech Republic.
