It is located in the patio of a house whose door is always open; it presents some beautiful tiles and the state of preservation is excellent. The structure rests on a very important source in the past; inside suddenly the noise of the road disappears and the only noise you hear is that of flowing water and slams against the stone.Besides being one of the most fascinating cities of Sicily, Cefalu has the privilege of having one of the best and most characteristic beaches. It is a fine sand like few other Sicilian beaches, and it is always spotless.

The Cathedral is one of the most important monuments of the Roman time, whose construction began in the twelfth century by Roger II and Pope Innocent II. The striking façade that can be seen from the Piazza Duomo is enhanced by two impressive twin towers. The entrance through the imposing entrance hall leads to three arches inside the Cathedral. Your gaze is inevitably taken by the splendor of the superb mosaics on the bottom of this square and you can admire the Palazzo Piraino, the City Hall and the ancient Monastery of Saint Catherine. This square is also a good choice to eat excellent local seafood since it is home to several restaurants, souvenir shops and several bars where you can taste the cannoli, Sicilian cassata, the excellent ice cream and slush or a simple coffee.La Rocca, is on a hill of 278 meters above the city and seems to protect from all evils. Legend says that it was inhabited by the giants who lived in Sicily. The Arabs built a citadel and lived in this place until 1063, when the Normans conquered the area. The beautiful movie, Cinema Paradiso, has shot some of the scenes right on the fortress.
