Everything is located at a close distance from the property so that you can reach groceries, food, promenade, beach on foot. In the living room, there is also a small balcony from which you can see a piece of water and the sea. Guests must comply with the rules of the community of owners and not disturb the neighbors with noise. It is still unclear whether the pool is available or not due to COVID restrictions.
