In this beautiful house you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate and relax in the outdoor chlorine swimming pool with a size of 10mx3m and a constant depth of 1.60m. There are six sun loungers at your disposal or if you wish you can also prepare a delicious barbecue or relax on the porch. Outside there is also a toilet. Please note that there are neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial.Inside, a living-dining room with AC and Smart Tv is ready to spend relaxing evenings or prepare something to eat in the open kitchen, with induction and equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay. We offer washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor, there is another living room where you can relax, read or simply enjoy an evening with your companions.
