There are a few things we would do differently. At check-in were were so taken with the space and views we did not pay attention to the little things. For example - light bulbs out in key spots, shorted a few towels, ask for directions on how to use the oven and the washer/dryer. (They are very different than US. Thank goodness for wifi. Google \u003d success). The timing of the exterior updates was unfortunate. Scaffolding and netting covered 1/2 the windows in the living areas and bedroom windows were taped off for painting. Workers were on the job at 8am! Interhome employees are very friendly, accessible and responsive. Deposit was refunded immediately at check out. This is a great apartment. Great location. Great views. We would definitely stay here again.
Die Lage des Objektes ist ideal. Die Einrichtung modern und ansprechend. Mangelhaft die technischen Geräte (Radio usw.), teilw. nicht funktionsfähig. Küchenausstattung (z.B.Pfannen ) müssen ersetzt werden.Ein Duschbad stinkig!

We had an amazing week here. Savoy is located right at Höheweg, which is at a walking distance from both the West and Ost train stations. Our contact, Mr. Garcia, arrived on time for introduction, and showed us the apartment. The only bummer regarding location is that the windows face the Höheweg, not the three peaks.
The building looks old from the outside and entering it for the first time I had a terrible feeling that I was about to have a very uncomfortable week, but I was wrong. Immediately after entering we saw a pristine and very well kept apartment. It's extremely comfortable for four people, with comfortable and spacious rooms, and it was very clean when we checked in.
Kitchen appliances are very good, but some of the utensils weren't in the best possible condition; they were cracked, looked like they had old stuff stuck in them, had lots of dirty spots, etc.
One note on check in is that the 500CHF deposit has to be in *cash*, so come prepared. Mr. Garcia was punctual and comfortably spoke to us in German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, so the check-in and check-out procedures were both fairly easy.

Recomiendo el apartamento a todos los que queráis viajar a Interlaken. Muy bien ubicado, amplio, con todo tipo de comodidades, mucha luz y unas vistas excelentes, no le falta nada. La atención prestada por la persona de contacto también muy buena. El apartamento, con respecto a la descripción y fotos en su publicación, en la realidad incluso mejora. Lo recomiendo para viaje en familia, parque cerca, tiendas cerca, estaciones de tren, todo genial y al regresar a casa te encuentras con una estancia acogedora, no se puede pedir más!!!!!
