Close to Florence. Old and nice house with bathrooms to five of the six bedrooms. Nice garden surrounded by grapes.
I would not necessarily recommend Villa Bulleri; while it is beautifully located with a nice view I would have expected much friendlier hosts and an overall higher standard. Instead they don't even provide cushions for the (plastic) deck chairs, nor sufficient sun umbrellas. Some of the machines (dish washer, clothes washer) are in a terribly bad condition. You would expect a higher grade of cleanness...in my opinion the whole house is asking for a refurbishment. And here is the really ennoying part: after your stay the landlord calculates the usage of energy which you have to pay in addition: fair enough if it wouldn't end up in a significant payment, giving you the feeling you are not only paying the energy you have used...

Uns hat dieses alte und spezielle Steinhaus sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool ist super erhalten. Die Pergola mit Traumaussicht...ruhe pur-Oliven und Weinreben, wunderschön. Die Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles hat funktioniert, wir haben in den Betten geschlafen wie Könige. Doch sollte man Tiere (Frösche, Eidechsen, Mücken und vieles mehr) nicht scheuen ;-). Wir kommen wieder!! Danke Fam. GOETZ AUS DER SCHWEIZ
San Casciano est un village agréable, très bien situé pour visiter la Toscane.
Mais la location est en fait une grange aménagée, avec un confort type auberge de jeunesse. Chaque chambre a une salle de bains, mais la pression et l'eau chaude manquent dans certaines douches! L'équipement de la cuisine est à changer car plus fonctionnel (four, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, rien ne marche). Au printemps, la maison est glaciale (isolation non existante) et le chauffage très cher!

Le prix de la location est élevé car effectivement la maison est ancienne et les photos arrangées voires modifiées (vive phoshop !) nous cachent une partie de la vérité. Le propriétaire est pressé d'encaisser son loyer et d'essayer de vendre son vin. Même si l'emplacement est bon et les espaces extérieurs jolis, le rapport qualité/prix que l'on pourrait attendre pour ce prix n'y est pas.
tres bonne maison, situé au calme (belle vue sur les vignes et les oliviers).
Maison rustic, grande et bien orienté au sud!
petit point negatif sur la cuisine, équipement rudimentaire (manque petit electromenager et ustensil)
Si é ou 3 personnes prennent leur douche...manque de pression
Tolles Haus - netter Gastgeber ... Küchengeräte sind sehr alt und teilweise ungenügend ( Messer)! Es sollte auch eine Möglichkeit geben um Holz für den Kamin zu bekommen. Im Frühling kann es abends nämlich recht kalt sein.
Trotzdem insgesamt ein tolles Haus. Wir kommen wieder.
