Private: small, well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 50 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace (70 m2), garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant, bar 850 m, bakery 1 km, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 850 m. Nearby attractions: Paddel 400 m. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation.

Overall result based on 4 reviews:
Prachtige en zeer rustige Ligging, schitterende moderne en ruime woning, ideaal voor 6 personen. Het huis is op een helling gelegen op verschillende niveaus en heeft daardoor een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht op de zee en de bergen rondom. Het verlichte zwembad is niet van de grootste maar toch ruim genoeg om 6 mensen veel plezier te verschaffen. Alle moderne faciliteiten zijn aanwezig (oa Amerikaanse koelkast met ijsblokjesmaker,airco op alle kamers...). Mooi terras en aangename tuin. De dakterrassen zijn een pluspunt.
Minpunten:
- Tijdens ons verblijf was een groot stuk van de buitenverlichting defect. (lampen vervangen volstaat).
- Jammer dat de grote poort niet open kon zodat we de wagen op het terrein konden parkeren. De oprit is steil maar je kan er een auto op parkeren mits enige voorzichtigheid. Zo hoeft de auto niet op straat te staan.
- De netheid in het huis zelf kon iets beter!
Al bij al een absolute aanrader, ook door zijn centrale ligging (Malaga 20 km, Marbella 80 km, Fuengirola en Mijas 60 km, Sevilla 220 km).
Het stadje Rincon de la Victoria is een typisch NIET toeristisch Spaans kuststadje waar het leven vooral 's avonds begint. Op het uitgestrekte strand komen de spaanse families met hun kinderen uitgebreid eten of een leuke tijd hebben.
Dom o bardzo wysokim standardzie pod wzgledem wyposazenia i designu. Urzadzony nowoczesnie i komfortowo. Zdjecia oddaja rzeczywistosc. Basen oraz ogród czyszczony przez wynajetych pracowników 1/2 razy w tygodniu. Przepiekny widok na morze i okolice. Bliskosc autostrady niezauwazalna. Sklepik z pieczywem i spozywczy w odleglosci 1km. Restauracje przy morzu, raczej do podjechania samochodem niz do spacerowania. Minus to brak wi-fi w domu oraz suszarki do wlosów. Reszta wyposazenia w pelni dopasowana do potrzeb wynajmujacych. :-)
Les photos correspondent à la réalitées. Cependant, des problèmes techniques (frigo hs, coupure electrique régulière, piscine trouble, et le personnel qui rentre comme dans un moulin, gâche quelque peu le séjour
Sinon, l'accès est compliqué car très vallonné. Louer une voiture est obligatoire

High standard house with a "designer feeling". Fantastic terrace and pool area with a stunning view over the landscape and the Mediterranean sea.
Good location and easy to find from Malaga and Malaga airport. Several stores and restaurants located in the city just a few minutes drive from the house.
2 of 4 bedrooms where great 1 bedroom where ok and 1 bedroom were pretty small.
We stayed eight people without no problem but optimal would have been to stay 6 adult or 6 adult and 2 children.
