Pasalites is a small mountain village with a beautifully renovated village square and a small church, typically Greek, full of friendly and helpful residents with a beautiful view of Mount Psiloritis, the highest mountain in Crete. This villiage is great for cycling, walking, photography and painting. Market town of Perama is 6 mins by car where there is a wide range of shops, cafes and other amenities. The historical sites of Melidoni caves, Eleftherna, Arkadia and Rethymnon are a short distance away. The cottage has its own courtyard / garden, where you can sit in the garden, in the shade of fruit trees. The courtyard is completely enclosed and is safe for small children.
