On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room, which has AC, Smart TV with satellite channels, CD player and books. This is open to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and all the utensils you need to cook your favourite dishes. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the house. On the same floor there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all of them with AC. Two of them have double beds, direct access to the garden and en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The third bedroom has two beds that can be moved as you wish, allowing you to have them together or separately as you wish. A separate bathroom with shower serves this floor.
