This makes the villa suitable for 8 persons. The beds are of high quality and the windows are equipped with insect screens.Of course, the fact that this apartment is location on the water is wonderful. The beautiful pier with furniture and patio heating is also perfect for optimal enjoyment. There is also a bathing ladder, so after a refreshing dip you can climb out of the water in no time.

Because each villa is located by the water and features a private jetty, there villas are the perfect base for endless sailing fun. Thanks to the connected waters, you can sail from your villa to National Park de Weerribben, the IJsselmeer, the Wadden islands and pretty much everything in between.Delfstrahuizen, where the water villas are located, is a small Frisian village; here you'll find a supermarket, a few bars, outdoor cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The vibrant harbour of Lemmer (approx. 11 km) is very popular with water sports enthusiasts. During the summer, the historical building and terraces at the quayside create a beautiful decor.
