Outside the apartment you will find a large communal chlorine pool, measuring 10m x 4m and with a depth range of 1m to 1.6m, where you can cool off on hot summer days and a garden area; where you can sunbathe while the little ones play. On the terrace of the house you will be able to relax and have a drink with your companions, thanks to the outdoor dining area. Please note that as this is an apartment, privacy is partial as there are neighbours nearby. Inside, you will find a nice living room open to the dining room. The whole property has centralized AC. The living room is equipped with Smart TV and will be the ideal place to spend time with your loved ones. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is completely independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, you will find two bedrooms.
