Right across the front door, there is the main living area which has huge windows through which you can enjoy the views of the garden and the swimming pool. In this room you can relax watching satellite television (you can only enjoy satellite TV in the main living-room), a DVD movie or through a good read. To the left, there is the independent and furnished living room, which also offers views of the exterior and is the ideal place to share lunch or dinner with friends and family. If you just want the bustle of a tourist area, just over 3 km away you will be in s’Arenal. There you can enjoy all kinds of entertainment both during the day and at night because it has plenty of bars, restaurants, live music and clubs. If you enjoy water sports, there you will have access to activities such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis, among others. At the same time, this property is located less than 20km from the city of Palma, where you have all kinds of stores for shopping, restaurants and cultural visits. One of the most recommended visits is the one to the Cathedral of Palma and the old town. The cathedral is impressive and is the only one within Gothic style which is located on the seafront, and it is also the one that has the largest rosette within the same style.
