This cosy, detached tiny house is located at Klein Vink Holiday Park. Surrounded by nature, the park lies 4.5 km from the little village hub of Arcen and 16 km from the city of Venlo.The single-storey tiny house is situated amongst a number of other tiny houses near the lake and the centre facilities. The house is comfortably furnished and has wood finishings throughout. Small but beautiful. The cosy living room/kitchen features a variety of built-in appliances, including a dishwasher and combination microwave. The bedroom has a double bed and is separated from the living room by a room divider. In the bathroom, you'll find a walk-in shower and a toilet.Outside there's a terrace with pergola and garden furniture. There's also a canoe for exploring the nearby lake. The communal courtyard features a BBQ shared with the neighbouring tiny houses. Guests are allotted one parking spot in the central car park. Klein Vink Holiday Park offers a variety of bungalows, tiny houses, safari tents and lodges to rent for two to ten people.

General: Klein Vink is a welcoming holiday park located amidst the National Park De Maasduinen. The famous spa resort Thermal bath Arcen is located near by the park, a great source of relaxation. As a guest of Klein Vink you can use the wellness facilities of Thermaalbad Arcen at a reduced rate. Here you can enjoy the various thermal baths, saunas and wellness treatments. The holiday park Klein Vink has an indoor swimming pool, a large swimming-, surfing- and rowing lake and a wide range of sports and game facilities. There are many cycling and walking routes in the beautiful nature in this region too. An excursion to the castle gardens of Arcen, Toverland or one of the German cities like Cologne and Dusseldorf is worth it too. The connected, spacious bungalows are for rent. Anybody can enjoy a carefree holiday here. A great park which also houses the famous spa resort Thermal bath Arcen. Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21. Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.Outside school holidays the indoor pool is closed during the week from 3 pm to 7 pm due to swimming lessons. At this park we offer free sports and entertainment activities.We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool (with the exception of the thermal baths) is closed from Monday December 6 to Friday December 17.
