A dream holiday for young and old! Located in Egmond aan den Hoef near the beach in a newly built leisure park, surrounded by the protected North Holland Dunes reserve. This dune villa is built with high-quality materials and is beautifully finished to the smallest details. It has a modern and comfortable interior, fitted with all modern amenities. You won't miss any luxury in this villa! From the front you'll have a marvellous view of the mill! Via the staircase in the living room, you reach the first floor where three light bedrooms with comfortable double beds. One of the rooms is ideal for children, with matching beds. You can also relax in your own bubble bath in the bathroom! What could be nicer than relaxing in the bubbles after a day at the beach of a nice walk through the dunes? You will also find an enclosed fireplace inside. The villa has a lovely, private terrace with a fireplace and a dining table where you can dine and have a drink together. There is also a lounge set where you can relax, this is available from spring to autumn after the autumn break. Please note: there are two parking spaces per accommodation in the parking area adjacent to the windmill. For daily groceries, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance. Egmond has a real family beach that is no less than eight kilometers long so you can take long walks on the beach against the setting sun, while the children look for shells. The apartment is surrounded by nature and a varied landscape. The beautiful lighthouse is an attraction in itself. You're also nearby the picturesque artists village of Bergen and the delightful city of Alkmaar for a day of shopping and a visit to one of the many cafés and restaurants.

General: A beautiful and special holiday park was created in Egmond last year, consisting of 19 exclusive dune villas, each fitted with a sauna or jacuzzi. In the surroundings of Egmond there are hardly any stone holiday homes available with dune garden or terrace in the dunes, except for apartments and chalets. In short, a unique park! The ultimate spot to enjoy a holiday; a day at the beach in the summer or a long walk on the beach in the winter, followed by some glühwein near the crackling fire!In the middle of the park you'll find an authentic mill where you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat at the end of the day on the unique terrace, or start the day with a good breakfast.
