This luxurious, detached villa is located in Residence Klein Vink. Surrounded by nature, just 4,5 km. from the small city center of Arcen.You'll have a bright living room with a nice seating area at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances including a dishwasher. On the ground floor you'll have one bedroom with two single beds (placed together) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet. On the first floor you'll find another three bedrooms, each with two single beds; some of them placed together. All beds are box-spring beds. There also are two bathrooms, one of which with shower and bath tub and one with shower. There is a separate toilet on this floor as well. The accommodation is complete with washing machine.The garden with terrace and garden furniture can be reached through the garden doors in the living room. There's parking space for two cars at the villa. At Residence Klein Vink there are also 4, 5, 6, 11, and 16-person villas for rent.Adult guests of Residence Klein Vink have (under certain conditions) 2.5 hours free access a day to Thermaalbad Arcen.

General: Klein Vink is a welcoming holiday park located amidst the National Park De Maasduinen. The famous spa resort Thermal bath Arcen is located near by the park, a great source of relaxation. As a guest of Klein Vink you can use the wellness facilities of Thermaalbad Arcen at a reduced rate. Here you can enjoy the various thermal baths, saunas and wellness treatments. The holiday park Klein Vink has an indoor swimming pool, a large swimming-, surfing- and rowing lake and a wide range of sports and game facilities. There are many cycling and walking routes in the beautiful nature in this region too. An excursion to the castle gardens of Arcen, Toverland or one of the German cities like Cologne and Dusseldorf is worth it too. The connected, spacious bungalows are for rent. Anybody can enjoy a carefree holiday here. A great park which also houses the famous spa resort Thermal bath Arcen. Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21. Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.Outside school holidays the indoor pool is closed during the week from 3 pm to 7 pm due to swimming lessons. At this park we offer free sports and entertainment activities.We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool (with the exception of the thermal baths) is closed from Monday December 6 to Friday December 17.
