The completely renovated apartments and studios are located in the completely and thoroughly renovated De Graaf van Egmont residence, which will open its doors again in the summer of 2021. For people who know it from a previous stay: you will not recognize it. What hasn't changed: the fantastic location on the boulevard, directly behind the dunes and therefore almost directly on the beach.This studio for two persons is located on one of the five floors (accessible by lift). It offers a nice living room with a smart TV, two single box-spring beds pushed together to make a double bed and an open-plan kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower and a toilet.The apartments on the ground floor have a terrace and some apartments on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor have a balcony or French balcony. The studios don't have sea view and the garden furniture is not standard in all studios. The balcony and the garden furniture can be booked with preference. A studio with garden furniture can be booked based on preference and subject to availability. There is parking for one car in the central car park.De Graaf van Egmont offers various apartments for two to four people.

General: The beach, the North Sea and the dunes set the scene around Egmond aan Zee. The superb De Graaf van Egmont apartment complex is in this attractive seaside resort. The luxury apartment complex is in a perfect position. It is on the Egmont Boulevard with often excellent views of the sea. This is an excellent base for discovering the surrounding area. The famous cheese city of Alkmaar is around the corner. You can easily reach Amsterdam by train. You can visit the Sea Aquarium in Bergen, the Schoorlse Dunes with the highest dune in the Netherlands and the Klimduin. Children will enjoy the Sprookjes Wonderland Adventure Park in Enkhuizen. The Artists Village in Bergen is well worth a visit. This area is Enjoyment with a capital E. A small apartment complex on the Egmond Boulevard, a stones throw from the beach. De Graaf van Egmont will be renewed from the end of October 2020. From July 2021 you are welcome in one of the brand new apartments.De Graaf van Egmont is being renewed! The wellness facilities will be opened at a later stage and the swimming pool will be closed permanently. It is therefore not yet possible to use this during your stay.
