The fully equipped open kitchen includes a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 4-burner gas cooker, and combination microwave. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the utility room.The property offers three cozy bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm). Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) and the other contains two single beds (90x200 cm). All rooms have ample wardrobe space, with each bed equipped with single mattresses and duvets. A separate room includes a chest of drawers and a cot, with the note that you'll need to bring your own bed linen for the cot.Step through the garden door from the living room into the sunny garden, where you'll find a beautifully landscaped terrace with garden furniture. Barbecuing is allowed with an electric or gas grill, and an electric barbecue is available at the house. One car can park directly at the accommodation, while additional vehicles can be parked in the general car park.
