This magnificent villa is situated by the water, providing beautiful views of the lake, while being only a short distance away from the diverse services of the Ski Resort Iso-Syöte.The lake is Salmentakanen, connected to the larger Lake Naamankajärvi. The beach is moderately deep with a sandy bottom and includes a pier and a rowing boat.The villa boasts four spacious bedrooms, allowing comfortable accommodation even for larger groups.On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a spacious open kitchen and living area with large windows overlooking the lake scenery. Two bedrooms offer different accommodation options, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. In addition, the ground floor includes a sauna, a bathroom, a utility room, and a separate WC.On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, each with two separate beds, providing more space and comfort for guests. Additionally, the upper floor features a charming loft with a spreadable sofa bed for additional space if needed.The villa's covered terrace invites guests to enjoy the outdoors and the lake views. Heating in the cabin is provided by an air-source heat pump, and there's underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.Please note that bringing a hot tub onto the premises is strictly prohibited.There isn’t a designated electric car charging point at the cabin, but charging is possible from a standard power socket.
