Good location with a short walk to town and lovely view to the sea and the .island of Tavolara.Several lovely beaches in the area for swimming easy to access by car or bus.Very comfortable apartment and very helpful reception.Internet access available at reception and surrounding area.

Wohnung für diese Preisklasse äusserst dürftig eingerichtet, insbesondere Küche.

Location fidèle à la description. Exterieurs tres bien entretenus, piscine sympathique, appartement avec une vue magnifique sur l'ile de la Tavolara. L'accueil est très sympathique. Parking privé à l'intérieur de la résidence et sécurisé. Les moins : wifi uniquement à la réception, accès à la piscine non autorisé dans le reglement de 13h à 16h, mais nous y sommes tout de même allés sans que personne ne nous dise rien. La route est très passagère, mais fenêtres fermées, on n'entend plus rien. Globalement, nous recommandons cette location.
On ne peut être qu'émerveillé pas la vue sur la mer et les îles qu'on a de ce très joli village de vacances. Même si elle est un peu petite, la piscine est délicieuse au retour des très belles plages de la région.
Die Anlage ist an einem Hang gelegen, extrem schön und sehr gut gepflegt. Das von uns gemietete Apartment ist zwar für 4 Personen ausgelegt, aber eher für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Es gibt verschiedene grössen an Apartments für jede Personenanzahl. Riesen Balkon (mobliert) mit Panoramablick auf's Meer, Bucht und Landschaft. Direkt unter dem Balkon herlicher Pool. Erwähnenswert sehr gute geräuschlose Klimaanlage, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, neues TV Gerät allerdings nur italienische Programme, kann aber auch sein, dass wir technisch nicht versiert genug waren. Preisleistungsverhältnis Top! Die Meter Angaben in der Beschreibung stimmen gefühlt nicht so ganz, was aber nicht schlimm ist, da Mietwagen auf Sardinien eh pflicht ist. Hier können wir http://www.sunnycars.de empfehlen. Die Lage in der Nähe von Olbia 15km und zum schönsten Strand (mehrfach mit fünf Segeln ausgezeichnet) 28 km ist ideal. Unbedingt vor Ort Motorboot ausleihen, kann man bis 40PS mit Autoführerschein machen. Kosten 4 Stunden 80 Euro ganzer Tag 130 Euro zzgl. Sprit je nach Verbrauch ca. 20 - 40 Euro. Die Anlage können wir wärmstens empfehlen.
