The privacy of the house is total and the property is fenced.About 210 m2 of house spread over two floors will make your holidays a great time of relaxation and rest. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms with shower, one of them outside. If you are travelling with a baby, we will provide you with a cot and a highchair. The living room is open to the same space as the dining room, where you will find a sofa where you can watch your favourite series on satellite TV, next to it there is a comfortable table with chairs where you can have lunch and dinner with the family. The kitchen, independent, is spacious and comfortable, is vitro ceramic and has all the necessary utensils to be able to cook your best dishes comfortably. On the first floor we will find two more bedrooms; one with double bed and one with two single beds, both with wardrobe and fan. There is also a third bathroom with bathtub. The history of Pollença can be lived walking through its old town preserved intact for years.
