This lovely modern detached holiday home is located in the Beach Resort holiday park in Kamperland, within walking distance of the beach and 20 km from Middelburg, the lively provincial capital.The holiday home is fully and comfortably furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor is a living room with a TV and an open-plan kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a bedroom with a single boxspring bed. In the hall, you'll find a bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower and a traditional sauna. Here you can relax in peace and enjoy your well-deserved holiday. There is also a separate toilet. On the first floor you'll find two more bedrooms, one with two single box-spring beds (which can be made up as a double) and the other with one single boxspring bed.Outside you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is a roof terrace on the first floor. There's parking for one car at the holiday home.At holiday park Beach Resort holiday, various chalets, holiday homes, villas and beach houses can be booked for four to fourteen people.Note- The bowling alley at Roompot Beach Resort is now closed. You are welcome to come bowling at De Parel at Hof Domburg. This is about a 25-minute drive away.

General: Roompot Beach Resort lies directly on the pure natural swimming water of the National Park De Oosterschelde, the child friendly Roompot beach and a large nature region. The perfect location and the many facilities make this park a paradise year round, for families with (young) children, active vacation seekers and watersport lovers. This five-star holiday park offers a wide range of facilities. It is very well suited for young families and water sports enthusiasts. Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21. Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.Due to maintenance work, the Roompot Beach Resort pool will be closed from Monday 29 November to 6 December. You are welcome to go swimming in the pool at Hof Domburg. This is about 20 minutes away by car.
