Definitely not recommended for 4 adults, because the bed in a room with a kitchenette is not suitable !!! to sleep. The mattress on the bed has a thickness of a sheet of paper. In addition, the crossbars supporting the mattress fall out. Interhome (located on the same street) informed of this fact expressed surprise. I do not know why it is taken so high final cleaning fee because no one after previous guests certainly not cleaned. Dishes in the apartment were dirty (eg. lipstick on glasses), and a large table on the terrace we had to cover with a plastic tablecloth to be able to use it. The sink in the bathroom you had to scrub a layer of dirt. Available and possible to purchase a WiFi option is insufficient, fortunately in Cannes are the places where you can freely use the network. Advantages of the apartment is a large terrace, ideal location and wonderful Administrator of the building, which was very helpful and that really cares about the cleanliness of the entire building. In the corridors, in the elevator gleamed and smelled purity. Even in the garage and the room where garbage is thrown away it was very clean.
Casa bella struttura fantastica e posizione eccellente peccato per il divano letto dove risulta veramente difficile riuscire a dormire e per il frigo piccolo e mal funzionante.
Appartement très agréable, mais trois problèmes majeurs: (1) baignoire avec fuite, (2) matelas quasi inexistant sur canapé dans le séjour, (3) réfrigérateur mal réglé produisant de la glace à outrance.

Quartier et résidence agréables et calmes avec des commerces à proximité; la voiture n'est donc pas nécessaire. Jolie vue depuis le balcon qui est de belle dimension. L'appartement est sympathique mais peu adapté pour plus de 2 personnes; le canapé-lit du living est très inconfortable! Par ailleurs, la table de la salle à manger se trouve sur le balcon, ce qui n'est pas très confortable lorsque la température extérieure est un peu fraîche, ce qui était le cas lors de notre séjour.

Gute Ausstattung, leider Küchengeräte ungepflegt und z.T. sehr verschmutz vorgefunden.
Kühlschrank total vereist. Mit Fotos zu beweisen.
Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen, bedarf aber einer besseren Pflege. Das ist nur zu erreichen, wenn eine Kontrolle gemacht wird. So wie das System jetzt ist, bleibt alles beim Kunden. Er muss auf Mängel prüfen und sie melden, somit hat der Kunde bei der Ankunft erstmal den Ärger.
