On one side of the pass are the wild, green mountain panoramas of rural Styria, while on the other side, in Carinthia, you can enjoy the entertainment and warmth in the southern lake district of Austria. Excursions to Lake Millstättersee or Lake Ossiachersee are also among the options.Turracher Höhe - a winter paradise from November to May with 43 kilometers of slopes and 15 cable cars and ski lifts, is one of the most diverse ski areas in the Southern Alps and one of the most snow-sure ski regions in Austria
