The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (with a total of 6 beds), a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and a bathroom as well as a separate toilet. About 200 meters away there is a public parking lot . 





In winter you will find many large ski resorts such as St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Waldring-Steinplatte and Ellmau-Scheffau nearby, which can easily be reached by ski bus. The ski bus leaves from the main street on the corner of Café Hautz. Alternatively, just open the front door to find a cross-country ski run.



In summer the fantastic mountains invite you to go hiking. Directly in front of our apartment Jäger you can start to the impressive Kaiserbachtal and the legendary Teufelsgasse, which are among the most popular destinations in the Kitzbühel Alps. For a more relaxed pastime we recommend a visit to the cheese dairy Wilder Käser, just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Fishing fun for the whole family is provided by the fishponds Quellfisch in nearby Schwendt. Shopping fun you can find at the high-end boutiques in Kitzbühel.
