Espectacular apartamento en el centro de viena. Totalmente nuevo, muy amplio y comodo. No le doy 5 estrellas por la incomodide de ir a buscar las llaves 3 km mas alla e ir a devolverlas de nuevo. Por lo demas, perfecto.
Die Wohnung war wunderschön! Sie war nur drückend warm! Auch das
Öffnen der Fenster hat nicht wirklich geholfen! Eine Klimaanlage wäre schön!
Auch hätten wir uns eine KaffeePad-Maschine gewünscht!
Die Kommunikation mit Interhome war hervorragend!

Situation idéale pour visiter Vienne : L'appartement est en plein centre à 2 pas de la cathédrale Saint Stephan, tout en donnant sur une petite rue très calme.
Dans un immeuble de beau standing, très spacieux, aménagement moderne, équipement complet, très bien isolé.
Petit bémol logistique: La remise des clés (et son retour) s'effectue en standard à l'agence Interhome, située à environ 30 minutes de l'appartement. Possibilité de payer un supplément pour une remise des clés sur place.
Siamo stati alla fine di giugno a Vienna per un week-end lungo e abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questo meraviglioso appartamento. Non ci aspettavamo, però, che fosse così meraviglioso! L'arredamento moderno e pratico nello stesso tempo, adatto anche a due bambini vivaci. Nell'appartamento c'è praticamente tutto quello che serve. Il supermercato è a due passi, la metropolitana all'inizio della strada! Tutto quello che desideri a portata di mano e il suono delle campane del Duomo al risveglio alla mattina! Impagabile!

sono stato a Vienna con mia moglie e i miei due figli. L'appartamento è stato perfetto. E' posizionato in una posizione grandiosa.. a due passi dalla cattedrale. Ben sistemato e molto confortevole.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und an bester Lage! U-Bahn 100m entfernt, Lebensmittelgeschäft 30m.
z Leider liess die Sauberkeit an Armaturen in Bad und Küche, Duschkabine und Kühlschrank zu wünschen übrig. Auch nach 2-maligem Putzen! Ausserdem war die Fernbedienung des TV's kaputt und wurde innert Wochenfrist nicht ersetzt.
3m hohe Schränke mit Spiegeltüren sind nicht unbedingt praktisch zur Nutzung und ein eingebautes Bett erfordert allabendlich eine Kletterpartie vom Fussende aus. Das Lavabo im Bad ist ein Designerstück und äusserst unpraktisch. Ohne Überschwemmung rundum gehts nicht.
Das grosse Plus ist wirklich die Toplage!

Leider konnte das TV- Problem erst nach Ihrer Abreise gelöst werden. Der Fernseher funktioniert wieder ohne Probleme.
Wir bedauern, dass Ihre Ferienfreude beeinträchtigt wurde. Trotzdem würden wir uns freuen, wenn Sie uns eine zweite Chance geben würden, uns zu beweisen.

De locatie kan niet beter. Als je van de Stephans Dom zou springen, beland je zo in het appartement :)
Appartement is mooi afgewerkt., Vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel bij Interhome. Kantoor ligt 3 km van appartement, dus je moet wel 2 x heen en weer reizen voor sleutel ophalen en terugbrengen. Maar zij kunnen taxi voor je regelen. Aanrader! Veel plezier, Karin en Jos
