For shared use: beautiful garden, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, children's playground (swing). In the house: central heating system. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking, single garage (extra). Grocery 2 km, restaurant 200 m. Gondola lift 5 km, skisport facilities 5 km, ski bus stop 10 m, sled run 1 km. Nearby attractions: Erlebnishallenbad Stubay (Telfes) 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Patscherkofel 5 km, Bergeralm 10 km, Schlick 14 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
