This attractively furnished apartment is part of a larger house with 3 apartments. The home is pleasantly furnished and nicely decorated. Along with the occupants of the other apartments, you have access to a nice garden with colorful seats, right by the sea. You also share a washing machine. The house is located in a villa neighbourhood just outside Fontana Bianche. The central location means you can hop straight from the garden into the clear blue sea and that you have the beautiful nature reserve of Cava Grande del Cassibile on the other side of the neighborhood. The village of Fontana Bianche offers a beautiful historic center and nice restaurants. 20 km away lies the beautiful city of Noto, which is also known as the capital of baroque. Most buildings in this city are built from sandstone. 8 km to the south you'll find the beautiful sandy beaches of Noto. Syracuse is also highly recommended; in less than 20 km you're right in the beautiful historic center of this magnificent city. Ortiga is a peninsula near Syracuse, take a boat trip from here out on the clear blue sea in search of beautiful coral.
