Charming apartment in villa with park and pool, in quiet and green area.
This beautiful apartment is located in a villa and does also have a shared swimming pool. This holiday house is located in the Canavese district of the Piemonte region, in a small typical Italian village with a historical center and its castle on top of the hill surrounded by small lakes and green lands. The holiday house (ca. 100m2) is located at the first floor and the attic. Some rooms of the apartment have a declining roof. This holiday house is an ideal place for a relaxing stay in Piedmont with also a swimming pool. During winter there is also a real Finnish sauna with wood heated stove (shared). This holiday home is nevertheless close to Torino, only 40 Km away. As a matter of fact it is ideally located for touring in Piemonte, Valle d'Aosta, Lombardia and Liguria regions. And of course here you can explore the typical Piedmontese nature, culture, good wines and tasty slow food. Extra information: The tourist tax only counts for 4 nights and for people up from 12 years old.
