It is 40 minutes from the coast and 50 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon. It rises on a rocky outcrop and was built around the church of Saint-Laurent, made famous by its bell tower. Flayosc is the gateway to the Haut-Var. The village lies on the road to the famous Lac de Sainte-Croix, halfway between the sea and the Gorges du Verdon. The nearest towns are Draguignan, Lorgues, Salernes, Ampus and Tourtour. Ask about the market days - they are very popular with local produce. Numerous Michelin and Gault et Millau restaurants in the village and surrounding area.The villa is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM): from the parking level you can enter the garage and in the corridor there is a stair lift from the basement to the ground floor.
